Brief History of Kelab Rotary Segamat
Segamat Rotary Club was chartered on the 28^th November 1983 through the efforts of Rotary Club of Batu Pahat. President Chua Peck Swee of Batu Pahat together with the efforts of our PP Dr.D’Costa, PP Tee Kok Tong, PP Jeff Tan , PP Steven Sia, PP Michael Kay and Raymond Foo set about the task of its formation.

The Club was formally Chartered on the 28^th November 1983 and the Charted Night was fixed on the 25^th February 1984 with Dr.R.D’Costa as the Chartered President. "Rocky", as he was fondly known, was president for two consecutive years.

Over the past thirteen years the club have endeavored to maintain a balance between good works, club organisation, vocational and international service. Youth service has become our first priority. We have formed four Interact Clubs.
