Flo's Whazit Yum-Yums

Ingredients
1 cup instant oats
1 cup boiling water
20 gm raisins/sultanas/currants
20gm chopped nuts
20gm diced papaya or banana and
20gm orange/chopped pineapple
½ tsp salt
1 tabsp caster sugar
wanton skin
Oil for deep frying.
Method
1. Add boiling water to instant oats. Add salt and caster sugar.
Mix thoroughly.
2. Add all three other ingredients.
3. Fill wanton skin with 1 tsp of oat mixture.
Repeat till mixture is used up.
4. Deep fry till golden brown.
5. Drain & serve.
Note
To keep crisp - leave in open until time to serve or heat in hot oven for 3 minutes before
serving.
