Segamat River peaked at 9.68m around 8am. It's 9.66m as of 10am. We've past the danger level of 9.30m. It's currently drizzling lightly on and off.

Low lying areas like Jg Lubok Batu, Temmengong area, etc are starting to see some flooded houses.

Cars are being parked on higher ground. In Tmn Jenalin, cars from lower part of Jenalin 1 are parked to higher part of Jenalin 2.

The government has issued a warning for residents of low lying areas to prepare to move thenselves and their valuables at short notice. People with cars in low lying areas are also advised to move their cars to higher ground like the old part of Segamat.

Maybank has begun sandbagging it's Jln. Genuang branch. The underground parking area for Billion / Sia Her Yam building is also under water now.
