TITLE: Management Trainees Position with Global Financial Corporations

Our client a major player in the global financial industry is searching for suitable qualified individuals to fill the role of Management Trainees that will be posted to any of its subsidiaries in Asia Pacific region.
The requirements:
• Degree or Post Graduate Degree in any discipline
• Must be of 35 years of age and below by this Jan 2011
• Only graduates from accredited foreign universities from UK, USA, EU Countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan or equivalents will be considered
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Good command of second language(s) like Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Arabic, Mandarin, Japanese, Koreans and etc will be an added advantage
• Mobile and willing to relocate within Asia and Pacific regions
• Excellent communications skills and the ability/affinity for communicating with customers/senior internal management in both formal and informal situations
• Fresh graduate or those will less than five to eight (5 to 8) years of experience are encouraged to apply

This two (2) years programme is designed to expose the candidates to all aspects of our client’s business. Candidates will be exposed to the real challenges of the corporate world and given the opportunity to take on real accountability to drive results.
This programme aims at recruiting, training, developing and retaining the best quality graduates who will be future managers and leaders for the corporations all over Asia and Pacific regions.
Candidates will be undergoing comprehensive training which spans across a number of functional areas to gain the essential experience and exposure. This includes business operations, administrative, marketing, finance and research.
Candidates are expected to be mobile and willing to travel to any of the company corporate office and head quarters all over Asia and Pacific regions.
