Basically you have to be registered to post in the forum. To register, click on the register icon in the login section. ( this may not be clear enough). You must enter a valid email address. You will then receive an email with a confirmation link. Once you click on this confirmation link, you can post to this forum.

Anyway Karina, maybe you can tell us a little bit about your background...
