KipMart opened it's door on christmas eve 2011. Even though I was under the impression it was a shopping mall, it is actually a Shopping warehouse/complex catering to low to medium income groups.It does have some good facilities such as it's outdoor play ground, large parking area, wide walkways and clean toilets.

It was still very crowded on the 2nd day of opening but I expect the crowds will die down. They have a market section which sells wet and dry produce. There are quite a few empty stalls especially in the wet market area. Maybe they are closed when I was there in the late evening.

The eating area is smaller than I expected even though I could find tables easily. I counted 8 food stalls and 1 drink stall. It's main tenant is the Hwa Tai mini market.
